We needed to trade in our older vehicle for something newer & originally went to a dealership in Norwich ny and didn’t like the experience we had. We then decided to try butler auto in Sidney ny and I was pleasantly surprised when I texted to inquiry about a vehicle and Brooke texted back with a kind positive attitude and even offered to stay later then 6 if we needed in order to get things rolling on a vehicle. They worked with us to get a good rate and made the whole process smooth. Having a good salesperson like Brooke really sets the tone for the sale & im happy to have gone through butler auto in Sidney vs the competition.

My current car at the time was a 2024 Hyundai Palisade and I absolutely loved it! It's truly the first car that I truly loved that I had. I reached out to Caleb to let him know that I wanted to trade my car in before it got too many miles on it. However, as soon as I was looking at purchasing a new one, a recall came out and no Palisades were able to be sold, from anywhere, anytime soon. So I kind of just got rid of the idea of trading my car in and I would just wait it out. At the end of last week, Caleb sent me a text saying that he is going to be getting a Palisade in early next week because someone is trading it in, if I was interested. I said I definitely was! It was the same exact car, just a trim higher, which was even better! The following week, he texted me saying that it's for sure traded in now, so it's mine if I want it. I said yup, let's do it! He sent me pictures and it had everything that I wanted, and more! I was able to buy the car before it was even posted online or parked on the lot to be up for sale! He made the transition as smooth as possible. I did the application online, answered all of the questions he had and he answered all of mine within a few minutes of sending them. By Thursday, alls I had to do was stop at the dealership, sign the paperwork, and off I went! He did absolutely everything. He called my current insurance company to get the information he needed, to cancel my previous insurance, and get the new car insured. He called around to get me the lowest interest rate that was being offered, and took care of literally everything. It was easily the easiest car purchase I have ever had! I absolutely love the car and am so glad he remembered that I wanted to trade my car in, because it was 100% the perfect trade! Thank you Caleb! We will be back!
