Blew a transmission in my truck, butler's handled everything with the warranty and had me fixed up and going in no time! Never had a warranty claim and fix job go so smooth appreciate it!

I have. Never had a problem of any kind.Indeed in dealing with butler auto. Everyone is kind, courteous and helpful.\n I'm always greeted with a smile and whatever concerns I have are addressed as quickly as possible.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my question and I would recommend them, absolutely.....Phil and Tyler are the best salespeople I have ever met..I was just looking and ended up with Subaru Sport. Love the car and great deal....

My experience with Butler's was a absolute pleasure!! EVERYONE there is not only friendly, but helpful and knowledgeable. If and when I purchase another vehicle it will definitely be with them. I highly recommend them.

I would rate our experience between Average and Above Average. There were areas that I think you could have done better - such as in communication about the status of receiving the car. On at least two occasions, times of pick-up were given and not kept. That would have been acceptable if you had called to tell us. Also repairs have taken at least three weeks before completion. This is not really acceptable. Having said this, we like Butler's and will use them for future purchases.
