My wife and I knew instantly when Brooke Hayes came out to greet us that we were in good hands. She was engaging, and listened fully to what we were looking for. Through the entire process, Brooke was attentive to every detail, seeking our reactions and carrying on pleasant social exchanges, all without a hint of "salesman" attitude. Her flexibility was amazing: the day of closing, my wife had an appointment in a nearby city. It never occurred to us that she would be needed to sign paperwork. Brooke handled all this with grace, going ahead with what could be done, then staying engaged until my wife could return. All without the slightest impatience. She has continued to stay in contact, wanting to be certain all was well with our car, encouraging us to let her know of any needs or concerns.

Scott was very helpful when we short notice needed a new vehicle. He let us test drive as many cars as it took to find something that we really liked. He didn't just sell us any car just to make a sale, but made sure we were really happy with what we were getting. Very easy to work with as well.

I came to Butler’s to trade in my car and Brooke was amazing and so knowledgeable! I ended up getting a Blazer and Brooke made the process quick and easy. Once I left with the car, she even reached out to see how the drive home was which was kind. Definitely recommend working with Brooke!!

Sales Associate Brooke Hayes is absolutely killllllling it at Butler's! Having paid off my truck I didn't have a car payment for over ten years and was very hesitant/wary of the whole situation. She didn't pressure me about anything, simply provided facts on each vehicle I was interested in. Brooke pointed out which ones had features correlating with my lifestyle as a single Mom with two growing boys. I bought a 2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness edition. Brooke didn't try to increase the sale to a higher price, she actually pointed out that the cheaper of the two vehicles was better suited for me due to increased towing capacity, roof rack, and hitch already available for all the adventures I take my boys on. Tyler gave me more than I was expecting for my trade-in, and the finance manager was great as well. My sister went with me car shopping that day, and even she said she hasn't had the positive experience at other dealerships as we did with Butler's. They made sure the process was enjoyable, honest, fast, and stress-free. Go to Butler's and ask for Brooke 😊
